You'll investigate fraud in high-volume queues to train automated detection and drive scalable proactive detection. Your work solidifies the Trust and Safety infrastructure to protect pet parents and sitters.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Investigate account takeovers, payment fraud, and phishing.
• Analyze fraudulent transaction patterns to protect platform integrity.
• Dispute chargebacks and gather evidence for financial recovery.
• Triaging and resolving account safety-related incidents.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in Fraud Operations, Cybercrime, or Identity Services
• Available to work regular schedule including holidays and weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Bachelor's Degree in related field
• Experience writing SQL queries
• CFE Certification
