💼 About This Role

You'll join the FinOps team at XP Inc., a leading Brazilian financial institution, focusing on data pipelines for cloud and on-premise cost optimization. You'll design and maintain solutions that transform technical metrics into clear business insights, driving efficiency and transparency. This role offers the chance to work with large-scale data and impact financial decisions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain data pipelines for cloud and on-premise cost data.
• Integrate and consolidate data from multiple sources into a unified model.
• Develop and evolve FinOps dashboards and reports for cost allocation.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and pipeline observability.

📋 Requirements

• Experience as a Data Engineer or equivalent, building production data pipelines.
• Sólidos conhecimentos em SQL e modelagem de dados para relatórios.
• Vivência com Python ou Spark para criação de ETLs/ELTs.
• Experiência com ferramentas de orquestração como Airflow, ADF ou Databricks Workflows.

✨ Nice to Have

• FinOps experience or cloud cost governance.
• Experience with cloud billing APIs (AWS Cost Explorer, GCP Billing Export, etc.).
• Familiarity with hybrid environments (cloud + on-premise).
