Description

You will support the administration and optimization of NetSuite ERP and other finance technology systems. This APAC-focused role involves managing ticketing, user support, and system administration while coordinating with technical teams and external consultants to resolve system-related requests efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple requests and priorities
• Detail-oriented with structured approach to issue tracking and resolution
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with NetSuite ERP or other finance systems is a plus
• Proactive problem solver with willingness to learn in financial systems administration

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for finance system queries and resolve issues efficiently
• Manage and track tickets through ticketing system, ensuring timely follow-ups and escalations
• Provide day-to-day system administration for NetSuite ERP and other finance platforms
• Coordinate with finance teams, tech teams, and external consultants for issue resolution
• Assist with finance process improvements and support system upgrades, testing, and documentation
