💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a technical originator and design authority for new power products, leading grid-scale energy storage system development from concept through production. Your work will enable AI and cloud infrastructure by transforming power from a bottleneck into a competitive advantage.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify new product opportunities from market signals and customer feedback.
• Develop and maintain system-level requirements documents for new products.
• Lead architecture definition and preliminary design reviews.
• Coordinate with vendors on component engineering and qualification.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of systems engineering experience in power hardware product development.
• B.S. in Electrical Engineering or closely related field (M.S./Ph.D. preferred).
• Proven experience authoring and managing system-level requirements.
• Track record of taking products from concept through production release.

✨ Nice to Have

• Direct hands-on experience with grid-scale BESS.
• Familiarity with IEEE 2800, UL 9540, NFPA 855, NERC standards.
• Master's or PhD in relevant field.
