You'll oversee high-power laser machines across facilities, optimizing processes for high-volume production. You'll develop data collection systems and troubleshoot yield issues. This role involves close collaboration with R&D, operations, and quality teams for stable manufacturing of first-in-kind diamond wafer processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as SME for laser processes, focusing on continuous improvement.
• Optimize high-power ablative laser processes for tight process control.
• Design and implement data collection and process control systems.
• Maintain process ownership to monitor sustained performance.

📋 Requirements

• Advanced degree or relevant industry experience with 3+ years in Materials Science, Applied Physics, or Engineering.
• Experience with mass production of diamond, semiconductors, or ceramics.
• Experience in data analysis, Six Sigma, and statistical process control.
• Experience resolving laser process technical problems in manufacturing.
