🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end monthly payroll processing for Malaysia and assigned regions.
• Manage statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, income tax).
• Perform payroll reconciliations and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Coordinate payroll vendors and EOR providers, enforcing SLAs.

📋 Requirements

• Payroll operations experience, ideally multi-country or regional.
• Strong understanding of Malaysian payroll legislation and statutory requirements.
• Hands-on experience with payroll systems and HRIS tools.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with automation or HRIS integration.
• Regional payroll experience beyond Malaysia.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet tools for analysis.
