Description

As a Security Associate at Carvana, you will protect associates, customers, and assets by managing vehicle movement, conducting patrols, and enforcing security protocols at our Bessemer facility. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and support emergency response and inventory control.

Requirements

• 1-2 years customer service experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to organize and execute multiple tasks in fast-paced environment
• Ability to handle conflict positively
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to lift up to 60 pounds

Responsibilities

• Manage movement of cars through entrance and exit gates with documentation
• Conduct routine patrols of facility and document security/safety concerns
• Respond to incidents and de-escalate situations
• Execute Safe and Secure Principles at entrances/exits
• Assist with badge creation, CCTV review, and other requests
