You'll lead a team of engineers and engineering managers building personalized subscription experiences for IPSY's 2M+ members. You'll drive technical vision and architecture across web and mobile platforms. This role offers the opportunity to shape engineering culture at a remote-first beauty tech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and engineering managers.
• Define technical vision and architecture for web and mobile platforms.
• Oversee delivery of scalable, high-quality software.
• Identify and implement process improvements (CI/CD, code quality).

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in management including managing managers.
• Experience delivering high-traffic digital experiences with React/Next.js, Java, GraphQL, AWS.
• Deep understanding of scalable systems, API design, and cloud infrastructure.
• Proven track record of mentoring engineers and building inclusive culture.

• Experience in e-commerce, subscription services, or beauty-tech.
• Expertise in microservices architecture.
• Mobile app development experience (iOS/Android).
