- Diagnose systemic bottlenecks and engineer scalable workflows.
- Optimize internal knowledge base for front-line teams.
- Lead audit of high-sensitivity cases for compliance.

- 2-3 years of experience in Customer Service or Support operations.
- Deep understanding of front-line service dynamics and customer pain points.
