Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma or Six Sigma Green Belt principles
• Strong data analysis and project coordination skills
• Ability to facilitate training and create documentation
• Familiarity with process mapping tools

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze process data to recommend best practices
• Use Lean Six Sigma methods to create benchmarks and reduce waste
• Coordinate project activities and define scope, deliverables, and timelines
• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions
• Map processes using Enterprise Process Center
