You'll lead the Authorization Services product team to redesign healthcare utilization management at Oscar Health. Your mission is to transform prior authorizations from manual to proactive, AI-driven systems that improve member and provider experience while reducing costs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define vision and roadmap for Authorization Services
• Lead discovery with Operations, Clinical, and Provider teams
• Build and launch AI-driven decisioning systems with Engineering
• Define success metrics and iterate on product strategy

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in cross-functional Product Management role
• 4+ years driving rigorous prioritization processes
• 4+ years with tech systems and SQL
• 2+ years leading complex cross-domain initiatives

• Technical background or experience on complex technical systems
• Experience in healthcare payer or provider workflows
• Experience building or scaling AI/ML-driven products
