💼 About This Role

You'll join Elk Valley Resources, a leading steelmaking coal mining operation, as a Tireperson responsible for mounting, demounting, and repairing heavy industrial tires and conducting tire assessments on site. This full-time hourly role offers a 4x4 day/night rotation at our Sparwood, BC operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Participate in and adhere to health and safety programs and policies
• Mount and demount heavy industrial tires
• Repair of industrial tires
• Perform tire assessments
• Use tire mounting machinery

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or 5 years related work experience
• Tire Industry Association Certification (Off the Road/Earthmover Training)
• Valid driver's license
• Experience working on heavy mobile equipment

• Proficient in repair and installation of tires for heavy and industrial equipment
