You'll conduct high-volume user research for the Canvas team, shaping product priorities for Goodnotes' core note-taking experience. Your insights will directly influence roadmap decisions. This is a chance to own the research function in a fast-paced, AI-native environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct moderated and unmoderated user interviews at scale
• Synthesize research findings into actionable product recommendations
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate research operations and synthesis
• Own the research function within the Canvas team autonomously

📋 Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in UX research or product discovery
• Experience independently planning and conducting qualitative research
• Ability to connect user insights to product decisions and prioritization
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous, low-process environments with high autonomy
