You'll be the first person prospects and residents meet, creating stellar first impressions and building ongoing positive relationships. As a Resident Concierge, you'll solve problems, execute engaging events, and foster a sense of community Monday-Friday, 3PM-11PM.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in hospitality, retail, travel, or hotel environment
• Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal
• Sharp professional appearance
• Proficiency with various software, apps, and computer programs
