Description

You will drive revenue and deliver best-in-class service to assigned accounts in California and Arizona, building face-to-face partnerships with key retailers. This role requires extensive weekly travel, including overnight stays, and focuses on account management, training, demonstrations, and brand elevation.

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in account management or sales
• Bachelor's degree or similar B2B regional/national sales experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Salesforce experience preferred or similar CRM experience
• Proven track record in meeting sales targets

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute marketplace strategies aligned with Traeger's commercial strategy
• Build relationships with existing dealers, visiting 3-4 days per week including overnight stays
• Plan, forecast, and land financial targets on an annual and quarterly basis
• Train shop employees on grills, techniques, and merchandising best practices
• Prepare and deliver events to fuel the Traeger brand, including weekend activation during key times
