🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a pipeline of families requiring continued guidance toward move-in
• Execute high-volume outreach via phone, text, and email
• Drive outcomes by moving families from tour to decision
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation for pipeline status

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in a quota-driven sales role
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Experience managing and converting warm lead pipelines
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
