You'll join Netskope's enterprise TAC team, supporting Fortune 500 customers. You'll own escalated issues and drive incident response, collaborating with engineering and product teams. This role stands out with a focus on cloud security innovation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and drive escalated support issues
• Work on critical incident response tasks
• Drive weekly technical team calls with other leads
• Assist and mentor frontline support engineers

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience supporting large enterprise customers
• Strong networking background (TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS)
• Experience with network security technologies (Proxies, Firewalls, VPNs)
• Proficiency in UNIX/Linux and Windows systems administration

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with SAML SSO and WS-Fed/WS-Trust protocols
• Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, or open-source cloud tech
• Scripting skills in Python or Java
