Description

You will drive strategic supply network development and cost management for Anduril's product hardware, collaborating with suppliers and cross-functional teams to accelerate product development and optimize total cost of ownership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field
• 5+ years sourcing engineering, supplier engagement, or design of electronics/mechanical devices
• Domain expertise in value/procurement engineering or TCO at component level
• Ability to travel 10%-40% and relocate to Costa Mesa, CA
• Preferred: Master's degree, experience with high-mix low-volume, startup environment, ability to obtain TS clearance

Responsibilities

• Conduct supplier selection and partner with strategic suppliers on concept scoping, should-cost models, and joint design development
• Develop and consolidate manufacturing BOMs, managing CAPEX throughout NPI
• Conduct value-stream mapping to optimize supply network lead time and flexibility
• Complete BOM risk assessment and component qualifications ahead of production
• Lead cost engineering activities to converge cost to target, managing tariffs and inflation
