You will work within a multi-disciplinary LitOps team to develop and optimize multi-channel client communication campaigns that drive engagement and case progression in mass litigation. Your role involves collaborating with attorneys, crafting persuasive messaging, managing automated outreach, and using data-driven insights to improve client responsiveness and reduce drop-off rates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Minimum 5 years in communications or operations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Data analysis and reporting proficiency
