💼 About This Role

You'll lead the technical sales cycle for Deel's Field Services segment, translating complex client needs into scalable, compliant solutions. You'll partner with Account Executives to showcase value and drive enterprise pre-sales across staffing and project-based organizations. This role offers the opportunity to shape global workforce solutions at a fast-growing SaaS company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead technical pre-sales for field services segment across staffing and RPO organizations
• Own end-to-end technical sales cycle including discovery, demos, and RFP responses
• Translate multi-jurisdictional requirements into compliant solution designs
• Partner with Product and Engineering to resolve technical challenges and advocate for customer needs

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of field services industry experience
• Deep knowledge of offshore employment models and workforce structuring
• Outstanding presentation and storytelling skills
• Willingness to travel ~10%
