Description

You will help residents with Activities of Daily Living, working as a team under nurse supervision to provide person-centered care. Assist with ADLs, respond to emergency calls, and coordinate with residents and team members.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• No certification required
• Caring and compassionate demeanor

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs (teeth care, toileting, bathing, incontinence, dressing)
• Provide supervision and non-weight-bearing assistance for transfer ambulation
• Communicate and coordinate with resident needs and team structure
• Respond to emergency calls from Independent Living residents
• Assist with various daily needs as necessary
