💼 About This Role

You'll lead data architecture, governance, and a team to unify data across Salesforce, HubSpot, and other systems at Teachstone. Your work will enable accurate segmentation, forecasting, and AI-driven automation to support growth and operational efficiency. This role combines technical leadership with governance to create a single source of truth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build high-performance ELT/ETL pipelines into Snowflake across enterprise systems.
• Own and lead data governance framework including standards, policies, and stewardship.
• Manage and develop a team of data engineers, analysts, and analytics engineers.
• Implement data quality validation frameworks and automated error detection.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in data engineering including people leadership.
• 4+ years hands-on Snowflake experience with RBAC and performance tuning.
• Snowflake certification required.
• Experience with dbt, Matillion, Fivetran, or similar tools.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in SaaS, education, or services-based delivery environments.
• Prior participation in enterprise data strategy or governance council.
