💼 About This Role

You'll own design outcomes for complex product areas from discovery to delivery at a fast-growing startup building cloud collaboration tools for data-intensive workflows. Your work will shape a category-defining product used by creative teams at Paramount and Netflix. You'll partner closely with product and engineering to design clear, scalable experiences across web, desktop, and mobile.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own design outcomes on complex product areas from discovery to delivery
• Run research and validation activities to inform product decisions
• Design flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces across platforms
• Partner with product and engineering to balance customer needs and technical feasibility

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing complex digital products across multiple platforms
• Strong product thinking and ability to simplify complex problems
• Solid research and validation skills with good judgment on when to use them
• Experience in SaaS or B2B products
