๐Ÿ’ผ About This Role

You'll support the HR Operations team at Spire, managing HR systems, building dashboards, and streamlining processes. Your core impact involves data visualization and system administration to enhance the employee experience. You'll also automate manual tasks and evaluate new HR platforms.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain HR metrics dashboards in PowerBI
  • Own and administer the HRIS system (Rippling)
  • Manage HR programs from initiation to completion
  • Create and deliver ad-hoc reports and analysis

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • MS365 proficiency (SharePoint, Excel, PowerBI, Power Automate)
  • Some coding experience (Python or HTML)
  • Proven ability to write SOPs
  • Experience with ATS (Greenhouse) or HRIS (Rippling, BambooHR)

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Intermediate to advanced SharePoint skills
  • Experience with data privacy regulations
  • Familiarity with BambooHR
