🎯 What You'll Do

• Complete insurance verifications daily from payer portals and phone calls
• Input insurance information accurately into Open Dental or similar PMS
• Provide feedback to improve internal verification software
• Collaborate with teammates to support workflow and service quality

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of dental office experience in insurance verification
• Strong proficiency in Open Dental or other dental PMS
• Experience using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)
• Meticulous attention to detail and proactive mindset

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree is a plus
• Experience with payer portal navigation
