You'll build outbound sales playbooks and drive lead generation at an event management SaaS startup working with restaurants and venues. You'll work directly with the CEO, Director of Sales, and BDR Lead to launch the BDR function. This role offers hands-on impact in a fast-growing startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Build and optimize outbound sales playbooks and outreach templates
  • Create targeted prospect lists and coordinate with account executives
  • Utilize HubSpot to maintain contact and company lists
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and engineering teams

📋 Requirements

  • 1+ year of outbound sales experience (SDR, BDR, or outside sales)
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and generating leads
  • Experience using AI tools to drive growth
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
