You'll enable operational excellence for DEI programs and ERG operations at a leading mobile games company. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute end-to-end operations for DEI and ERG events and initiatives
• Coordinate cross-hub implementation of global DEI programs with local stakeholders
• Maintain DEI operational infrastructure including playbooks and documentation
• Manage vendor logistics and procurement workflows from quotes to contracts
• Track and compile participation data for DEI programs and compliance reporting

📋 Requirements

• 3 years of program or project management experience in DEI or related fields
• Experience executing global programs across multiple regions
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• Comfortable working with data to track engagement and program effectiveness

• Familiarity with vendor management and procurement workflows
• Experience with ERG operations or employee resource groups
