💼 About This Role

You'll own the transportation strategy and warehousing operations for moving datacenter equipment across global sites. You'll define lane/carrier strategies, manage 3PL/4PL partners, and establish inventory governance for client-designated hardware. This role builds the logistics backbone for deploying gigawatts of AI compute infrastructure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own transportation strategy across ocean, air, and land modes for DC equipment
• Design lane and carrier strategies balancing cost, lead time, and risk
• Evaluate, select, and manage carrier and freight forwarder relationships
• Define warehousing and fulfillment model, including 3PL/4PL partner management

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations
• Proven track record designing and scaling logistics networks in hardware-intensive environments
• Hands-on experience managing 3PL/4PL relationships including SLA negotiation and KPI management
• Deep command of freight modes: LTL, FTL, white-glove, air, and heavy haul

• Direct experience in datacenter, GPU, or server hardware logistics
• Familiarity with client-designated materials protocols and custody governance
• Experience standing up a logistics function from scratch including tool selection and team hiring
