💼 About This Role

You'll drive the product vision and strategy for voice and chat Conversational AI Agents on Google Gemini Enterprise and Dialogflow CX platforms. You'll own the feature roadmap, prioritize the backlog, and translate business goals into technical solutions. This senior individual contributor role reports to the Manager of Customer Experience Design and Platforms.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive product vision and strategy for voice and chat Conversational AI Agents.
• Develop robust business cases based on customer research and analytics.
• Own and prioritize the product development backlog with comprehensive requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to ensure execution.

📋 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with voice and chat conversational AI platforms (Google GECx, Dialogflow CX, or comparable).
• Proven ability to develop and execute product strategies and manage complex roadmaps.
• Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging customer data and business metrics.
• Hands-on experience conducting customer discovery and user research.

✨ Nice to Have

• Certification in Google Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (GECx) or Dialogflow CX.
• Certification in project management and/or change management (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma).
• Familiarity with Canadian telecommunications, entertainment, and technology market.
