Description
You'll join Recursion as the bridge between complex chemical data and strategic systems, building tools and infrastructure for computational designers and medicinal chemists. You'll have high-level ownership of the analytical ecosystem—including **Spotfire library**, **data schemas**, and **automation services**—transforming complex datasets into directed platform improvements. Your work will directly accelerate drug discovery programs and help close the **Design-Make-Test-Learn loop**.
Requirements
- Expert-level proficiency in **TIBCO Spotfire** development and automation services.
- Advanced engineering foundation in **Python**, **BigQuery**, and **Prefect** with Git.
- Experience with a major **cloud provider** (Google Cloud Platform preferred).
- Scientific domain knowledge of the **drug discovery lifecycle** and chemist workflows.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain integrated project dashboards syncing assay results with cross-functional data.
- Code and manage Spotfire automation and BigQuery integration for data flow.
- Design metrics and predictive modeling workflows for next-best design recommendations.
- Create automated reporting pipelines to surface critical signals for project teams.
