💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience at Hot Topic, a pop culture and music retailer. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and help meet sales targets. This role offers leadership opportunities in a fun, fan-centric environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return.
• Step up and provide leadership support when the manager is pulled away.
• Open and close the store, and work the register with fandom knowledge.
• Assist with planogram changes and communicate fashion trends to management.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• Love for music and pop culture.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to navigate store, use equipment, and lift up to 50 pounds.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with BOPIS and curbside pickup operations.
• Knowledge of retail KPIs like UPT and ADT.
