You'll lead all commercial activity within the labor trust and union-sponsored benefits segment at a virtual obesity care provider trusted by Fortune 100 companies. Your core impact will be developing and executing a strategic sales plan to Taft-Hartley funds and multi-employer plans, building relationships and closing deals. This role offers the chance to drive high-quality, cost-effective healthcare outcomes for hourly and trades workforce populations.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Lead operational and strategic efforts to grow business across Taft-Hartley funds and multi-employer plans.
  • Build and manage the entire sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.
  • Develop customized proposals addressing trustee priorities and fund-specific benefit structures.
  • Generate new business through industry networking, inbound inquiries, and channel partnerships.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree at a minimum.
  • 5-7+ years of direct and indirect sales in Taft-Hartley, labor trust, or multi-employer benefits space.
  • Deep understanding of Taft-Hartley Act and jointly-managed fund governance.
  • Experience navigating trustee-driven buying processes including committee presentations.
