You'll lead all commercial activity within the labor trust and union-sponsored benefits segment at a virtual obesity care provider trusted by Fortune 100 companies. Your core impact will be developing and executing a strategic sales plan to Taft-Hartley funds and multi-employer plans, building relationships and closing deals. This role offers the chance to drive high-quality, cost-effective healthcare outcomes for hourly and trades workforce populations.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead operational and strategic efforts to grow business across Taft-Hartley funds and multi-employer plans.
- Build and manage the entire sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.
- Develop customized proposals addressing trustee priorities and fund-specific benefit structures.
- Generate new business through industry networking, inbound inquiries, and channel partnerships.
๐ Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree at a minimum.
- 5-7+ years of direct and indirect sales in Taft-Hartley, labor trust, or multi-employer benefits space.
- Deep understanding of Taft-Hartley Act and jointly-managed fund governance.
- Experience navigating trustee-driven buying processes including committee presentations.
