🎯 What You'll Do

• Co-create people and talent strategies with department leaders
• Serve as trusted advisor anticipating people needs and solutions
• Coach managers 1:1 on commitments and feedback
• Lead large-scale change management within departments

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
• 5+ years in ops leadership, talent development, OD, HR, or related field
• 2+ years partnering with senior leaders on talent initiatives
• Experience with HR tech (Workday a bonus)

• Master's degree in Business, HR, I/O Psychology, or related field
