💼 About This Role

You'll take ownership of globally distributed edge infrastructure, managing CDN configurations with Fastly and Varnish VCL. Your work ensures high reliability for high-traffic events across US and EU time zones.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage CDN configuration for caching, redirects, and traffic routing
• Triage production issues via log analysis and performance investigations
• Review merge requests for cache behavior and edge performance
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in GitLab CI for CDN changes

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in a DevOps, SRE, or Web Operations role
• Hands-on experience with a public CDN like Fastly, Varnish, Cloudflare, or Akamai
• Strong understanding of HTTP fundamentals such as cache headers and purge strategies
• Scripting proficiency in Python or Bash

✨ Nice to Have

• Background operating CDN for high-traffic or live streaming workloads
• Familiarity with Kubernetes at the read level
• Working knowledge of AWS infrastructure and network protocols
