You'll lead small groups on 1-2 week tours across Portugal for a sustainable travel brand. You'll create unforgettable experiences by bridging cultural gaps and fostering appreciation for local traditions. This role requires advanced German and living in Portugal.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead small groups of 4-12 travelers on 1-2 week tours
• Plan daily itineraries and adapt to unexpected situations
• Provide excellent customer service and handle emergencies
• Ensure safety and quality standards with partners

📋 Requirements

• Advanced German (C1) for client communication
• Good Portuguese (B2) for tour operations
• Currently living in Portugal for at least one year
• First Aid Certification, CPR, and Heimlich maneuver
