💼 About This Role

You'll manage a caseload of students with moderate to severe support needs, delivering academic, functional, and behavioral instruction in inclusive and specialized settings. You'll collaborate with general educators and paraprofessionals to ensure meaningful inclusion and compliance with IDEA. This role is supported by weekly coaching and professional development through Rocketship's network.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver instruction aligned to IEP goals using STAR curriculum
• Lead and coach paraprofessionals in accommodations and supports
• Write compliant IEPs and facilitate IEP meetings
• Implement Behavior Support Plans and crisis intervention strategies

📋 Requirements

• B.A./B.S. degree from an accredited institution
• Valid Practitioner License with 461 Special Education Comprehensive Endorsement

✨ Nice to Have

• 2+ years special education or behavioral support experience
• Experience leading or coaching paraprofessionals
• Background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
