Description

In this role, you will support global Account Managers by coordinating branded merchandise programs across multiple markets. You'll manage product sourcing, quoting, order processing, and delivery tracking while collaborating with vendors and internal teams to deliver best-in-class solutions and drive profitability.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in sales coordination, account management, or purchasing, preferably in BPO, e-commerce, retail, or merchandising
  • Effective communication with clients and teams across different time zones
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, Oracle EBS, Smartsheet, Canva
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with global Account Managers to source, price, and present merchandise options
  • Prepare and manage sales proposals, quotations, and cost analysis reports
  • Process and track global orders from request to delivery, ensuring accuracy
  • Maintain order status reports, sales records, and inventory tracking
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and troubleshoot issues
