💼 About This Role

You'll be the primary point of contact for home service professionals during their onboarding journey, ensuring they realize value quickly and build confidence in the platform. Your core impact is driving early product adoption and reducing churn through proactive support and relationship building. This role stands out for its ownership mindset and cross-functional collaboration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own relationship during initial onboarding phase for new Pros
• Serve as primary resource for Pros from sales through onboarding
• Reinforce value of HCP to build confidence and drive adoption
• Communicate client information across teams (Sales, Marketing, Engineering)
• Partner with Account Managers to mitigate risk and drive retention

📋 Requirements

• 1-3+ years experience in customer success, implementation or sales
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Advanced English proficiency
• Ability to work 11am-8pm PST shifts
