Description

In this role, you will lead the UK regulated payment entity for Remote, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while driving growth. You will be the key liaison with regulators, oversee operations, and work cross-functionally to integrate regulatory needs into product and business strategies.

Requirements

• 7+ years payments experience in Strategy, Legal, Operations, or Entity management
• 5+ years experience with a Payments Institution or eMoney Institution regulated by FCA
• Understanding of UK financial legislation and payments products
• Effective communicator with stakeholder management skills
• Strong project management and analytical mindset

Responsibilities

• Own all processes and functions related to running Remote’s UK payments entities
• Represent Remote externally with regulators, government officials, and industry bodies
• Act as entity head, ensuring growth goals are met while maintaining regulatory compliance
• Lead monthly/quarterly Management board meetings and Payment Entity Board meetings
• Develop internal policies and ensure adherence to audit requirements
