You'll partner with stakeholders across business, operations, and technical teams to scale Handshake AI's India office from zero to scale. You'll own end-to-end recruiting and help define local hiring processes for a fast-growing career network. This role offers the chance to shape how careers evolve in the AI economy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and shape role scope.
• Own end-to-end recruiting from intake to offer and close.
• Lead candidate scheduling, interview ops, and logistics for evening interviews.
• Build and maintain pipelines for hard-to-fill roles across India and other regions.
• Provide insights on local talent markets and compensation dynamics.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting business, operations, or technical roles.
• Experience recruiting in a startup or fast-scaling environment.
• Strong experience partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
• Experience recruiting technical or specialized roles.

✨ Nice to Have

• Hands-on sourcing across multiple role types using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Ability to track recruiting metrics and identify trends.
• Experience with interview operations and cross-time-zone coordination.
