You'll drive the end-to-end contract renewal process for SMB customers, ensuring they continue to see value and renew their partnership with Gong. Your core impact will be reducing churn and identifying expansion opportunities to grow accounts. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to refine renewal processes and improve efficiency.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own renewal process from outreach to contract execution.
- Lead commercial negotiations and pricing proposals.
- Drive customer engagement using data insights.
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within accounts.
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years in renewals, account management, or sales in B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record managing and negotiating contracts.
- Experience working with Salesforce and Gong.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
