You will own and expand relationships with global enterprise customers, helping them unlock measurable value from Coveo's AI platform. Partner with executives, influence strategy, and drive long-term success in a fast-evolving technology landscape.
Requirements
- 6+ years exceeding quota in enterprise software or SaaS with focus on expanding existing accounts
- Proven experience selling AI, big data, or cloud solutions to global enterprises
- Strong executive presence and experience engaging C-suite and senior technology leaders
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage strategic pipeline within named enterprise accounts
- Bilingual English and French
Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise strategic accounts as primary contact and trusted advisor
- Build and expand executive-level relationships (C-suite, CIO, senior IT leaders)
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive expansion, retention, and revenue
- Lead complex global negotiations and procurement processes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Marketing, Product, Renewals, and Support
