You will own and expand relationships with global enterprise customers, helping them unlock measurable value from Coveo's AI platform. Partner with executives, influence strategy, and drive long-term success in a fast-evolving technology landscape.

Requirements

  • 6+ years exceeding quota in enterprise software or SaaS with focus on expanding existing accounts
  • Proven experience selling AI, big data, or cloud solutions to global enterprises
  • Strong executive presence and experience engaging C-suite and senior technology leaders
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage strategic pipeline within named enterprise accounts
  • Bilingual English and French

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise strategic accounts as primary contact and trusted advisor
  • Build and expand executive-level relationships (C-suite, CIO, senior IT leaders)
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive expansion, retention, and revenue
  • Lead complex global negotiations and procurement processes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Marketing, Product, Renewals, and Support
