💼 About This Role

You'll lead CRO laboratory projects for novel therapeutics, from assay development to clinical testing. You'll be the key client-facing partner, ensuring project plans translate into action while managing timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams. This role offers the chance to mentor junior PMs and drive process improvements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead projects from conception through close-out with detailed planning and execution
• Create and manage project timelines, budgets, revenue goals, and resource plans
• Coordinate daily activities and supervise scheduled tasks across teams
• Communicate with clients on data management, inventory control, and shipping procedures

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life science or related field (e.g., engineering)
• Project Manager experience in Central Laboratories at CRO, Pharma, or Biotech
• Excellent computer skills with MS Office/MS 365 applications
• Ability to travel both domestically and internationally (10-25%)
