You'll own the GTM CRM platform architecture and drive AI-augmented development workflows. Your work will directly increase sales productivity and reduce operational friction through automation. You'll be at the forefront of applying AI tooling like Claude and MCP to a business-critical system.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and maintain GTM CRM platform architecture and data model
• Own initiatives end-to-end from design to shipped features
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines with automated testing
• Integrate CRM with internal tools and external platforms

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years backend engineering experience in Java, Python, or TypeScript
• Proven experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools like GitHub Actions or CircleCI
• AI-first mindset with daily use of LLMs like Claude or Copilot
• Systems thinking and ability to design for maintainability

✨ Nice to Have

• Salesforce or CRM platform experience
• Experience with workflow platforms like n8n, Zapier, or Clay
• RevOps or GTM team experience
