Description

In this role, you will architect Ripple's ecosystem, bridging blockchain infrastructure with global financial networks. You will identify and scale partnerships with GSIs and top banks to drive adoption of our unified treasury platform, ensuring partners act as force-multipliers for revenue and customer success.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in enterprise software partnerships or strategic GTM roles
  • Deep understanding of CFO technology stack and Treasury Management Systems (TMS)
  • Proven track record of structuring complex agreements and running successful partner programs
  • Ability to navigate matrixed global organization and influence stakeholders
  • Proficiency in data-driven decision-making using Salesforce and Tableau

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a global partnership roadmap focusing on enterprise CFO stack partners (ERP, TMS, Bank Connectivity)
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to build co-sell motions for XRP and RLUSD
  • Establish KPIs and governance frameworks to track partner-influenced ARR and pipeline velocity
  • Act as key spokesperson for Ripple Treasury at industry forums and C-suite briefings
  • Translate market and partner feedback into actionable insights for Product and Engineering
