You'll own the demand signal driving every operational decision at HelloFresh, from food procurement to staffing and logistics. You'll build next-generation forecasting capabilities while keeping daily supply chain execution accurate and agile. This hybrid role combines data engineering, forecasting, and cross-functional leadership to reduce waste and improve customer experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Write and maintain SQL queries to extract and transform demand data.
• Develop and refine forecasting models in Python using statistical and ML techniques.
• Design dashboards in Tableau or Power BI for self-service demand insights.
• Generate and validate daily and weekly demand plans for European markets.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or Supply Chain Analytics.
• Fluent SQL: complex queries, joins, window functions, cloud platforms like Databricks.
• Good working knowledge of Python for data manipulation and forecasting.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis and stakeholder communication.

• E-commerce, food retail, or FMCG experience with perishable goods.
• Experience forecasting with limited historical data using proxy data and trend smoothing.
