💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the ultimate coach, mentor, and guide for up-and-coming BCBAs, ensuring top-notch clinical care while keeping the learning process engaging and fun. You'll review clinical programming, fine-tune assessment documentation, and support newer BCBAs as they grow their skills. This role offers meaning and purpose helping children with autism.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Meet weekly billable requirement of 22.5 hours
• Conduct initial assessments and FBAs
• Maintain own 2-tiered client caseload
• Observe cases and provide feedback to BCBAs

📋 Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with BACB
• External: minimum 3 years post-certification as Clinical Supervisor/BCBA
• Internal: minimum 1 year post-certification as Clinical Supervisor/BCBA
• Pass a Background Criminal Investigation
