You'll lead multiple SRE teams defining reliability strategy and incident management practices. You'll drive data-driven decision-making using SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets to balance reliability with delivery velocity.

• Embed SRE principles across engineering tribes
• Define and lead SRE strategy and operating models
• Scale incident management and on-call practices
• Drive reliability decisions using SLOs and error budgets

📋 Requirements

• Extensive experience leading SRE or production operations
• Proven people leadership managing managers and senior specialists
• Strong knowledge of SRE fundamentals and data-driven optimization
• Expertise in scaling incident management
