💼 About This Role

You'll own construction projects for Zipline's ground infrastructure, managing contractor evaluation and site construction from start to finish. You'll collaborate with Real Estate, Legal, and Engineering teams to ensure timely approvals and alignment with strategic goals.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage construction projects and site infrastructure installations.
• Develop pre-construction strategies for entitlements and permits.
• Build relationships with city managers, councils, and inspectors.
• Source and manage general contractors and subcontractors.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Construction Management, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in real estate development or construction.
• 4+ years working with external design teams on commercial projects.
• Familiarity with construction software like Bluebeam or Procore.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience managing entitlements and permits for infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs).
• Ability to travel 75%+ with East Coast focus.
