You'll act as the operational bridge between sales, processing, and homeowners, ensuring transactions progress efficiently. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage transaction pipelines for multiple Home Equity Officers
• Collect, organize, and review homeowner documentation
• Coordinate with processing team to ensure accurate submissions
• Serve as primary point of contact for homeowners via calls and emails

📋 Requirements

• 1 year of Customer Service or operations in mortgage or financial services
• Strong analytical sense and ability to communicate effectively
• PC skills including Microsoft environment and CRM
• Experience with AI tools
